& PARKING
ROAD CLOSURE
The Corniche Road will be shut from 4am on Friday, 6th December. There will be no access to the ADNOC Abu Dhabi Marathon via this route. Parking is limited, so we advise that you consider the following options:
- Car pooling
- Taxi/Careem
- Shuttle Bus
TAXI AND CAREEM
Anyone wishing to access the event by taxi will be dropped at the designated taxi bays close to the event village.
SHUTTLE BUSES
Available between 4am and 2pm. The buses will operate on a loop system from Zayed Sports City - Gate 1. Parking is available at this location. Shuttle buses will drop participants off at a designated point near to the event village.
CAREEM OFFER
Careem is offering a discount of 20% off two rides capped at AED20 per ride when travelling to and from the event village. This code is valid on 6th December. Please book using the code ADMARATHON19.
Parking
Marathon Participants
Marathon runners will park at the ADNOC Tower parking. This car park is located on Al Rumouz Street. Please follow signs to P2.
You will receive a parking sticker (labelled P2) in your race pack. This sticker must be applied and visible in the front windscreen of your car. Only cars showing this sticker will be allowed access. If the security team cannot see the sticker, you will be denied access.
The car park will be open from 3am. We suggest you aim to arrive before 5am. Please allow extra time for your journey.
10KM, 5KM AND 2.5KM PARTICIPANTS
Please park in the following car parks:
- Marina Mall Car Park – 10-minute walk to the start
- Nation Towers Car Park – 10-minute walk to the start
- Qasr Al Watan Car Park – 10-minute walk to the start
Allocation is based on a first come, first served basis. We do not guarantee a dedicated space for all participants, so please consider the abovementioned options. We also suggest you arrive at least 1 hour before the scheduled start time. Please allow extra time for your journey and we ask for your patience and cooperation with our team on race day.
