Kick-start your ADNOC Abu Dhabi Marathon journey today with free weekly training events at TrainYAS. Join our tailored sessions and fitness plans for runners in all categories and of all fitness levels.

Our free weekly sessions will be held at the Yas Marina Circuit, as part of the ADNOC TrainYas series and will be hosted by Youssef Rochdi, member of the USA Track & Field Association (USATF) and winner of multiple USATF long-distance championships, and his team of experienced coaches.

TRAINYAS WORKOUTS

Training will include a mixture of the following workouts:

General physical workout (drills)

Fartlek

Easy runs

Intervals

Long runs

Tempo runs

Up-hill workouts

guidelines

  • Directions: Enter through Gate 20 and follow signage to Yas Central, parking in areas G5 or G6

  • Covid-19 Measures: Masks and gloves must be worn unless you are exercising on the track

  • Meeting Point: TrainYas Village (in front of the containers near the entrance to the track)

  • Services: Free WiFi is available (TRAIN YAS) for online registration to obtain the necessary QR Code for track access

  • Track Etiquette: Be mindful that the track is shared with cyclists on all nights. When entering the track, please go to the left (cyclists go right)

  • Facilities: Al Ain water and toilets are available
