GET READY FOR THE 2019 ADNOC ABU DHABI MARATHON WITH OUR FREE WEEKLY TRAINING SESSIONS Whether you are planning to run your first marathon on December 6th or hoping to achieve a PB, we are pleased to announce that our free weekly training sessions will be starting again from May 6th running through the summer until November 27th. Join our official coach on the following days:
Each session is dedicated to marathon distance training and will include a mixture of the following workouts: General physical workout (drills) Fartlek Easy runs Intervals Long runs Tempo runs Up-hill workouts From September we will also be introducing 10k specific training.
