Our event programme includes 5 races that you can register for:
Friday, 11 December. 6AM for the Marathon, Relay and 10 KM races and 10AM for the 5 KM and 2.5 KM races.
The confirmation email is sent once you successfully submit and pay for your registration online. If you did not receive it, please first check your Junk folder in case the email went there before contacting us at email@example.com to request a follow up.
You can cancel registrations up to 31 October 2020. Thereafter entry fees will not be refundable. Please note there is an online processing fee of AED30 or 5% (whichever is greater). Please note that fees paid at the time of registration for delivery of race packs, bus service and personalised t-shirts will not be refunded.
Changes are possible up to 31 October 2020, but subject to availability and at the discretion of the race organiser. The cost of a change request is AED30.
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible and advise us of the correct details. As we near race date, please note that incorrect t-shirt sizes will be corrected, but the size cannot be guaranteed unless received before the 31 October 2020.

The deadline is the 30 September 2020. You can personalise your t-shirt for AED60, plus VAT during registration and have 15 characters to use as you wish – enter your name, nickname, cause or club. If you didn’t do this during registration and still wish to, then please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject ‘Personalised T-shirt Request’.
Race Pack Delivery
The deadline for requesting race pack delivery is 30 September 2020. For just AED50, plus VAT, you can ensure your race pack and bib are delivered direct to your door if you live within the UAE. Race pack delivery usually takes place in the third and fourth weeks of November. If you didn’t request this service during registration and still wish to, then please send an email to email@example.com with the subject ‘Race Pack Delivery Request’. Unfortunately race pack delivery is not available for our overseas participants, sorry.
Personalised Race Bibs
The deadline for personalised race bibs is 31 October 2020. This service is provided free of charge for all runners that sign up before this date, meaning you will automatically receive your bib with your name on it and the flag representing your nationality. Registrations received from 1 November will not have bibs that display a name and flag representing your nationality.
The deadline for booking the Dubai-Abu Dhabi-Dubai bus service is the 31 October 2020. The cost is AED60, plus VAT. Buses depart from Ibn Battuta Metro Station, Dubai, at 3AM on race day. If you didn’t request this service during registration and still wish to, then please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject ‘Bus Service Request’.
Please contact email@example.com with the subject ‘Pacing Request’, stating your marathon PB, providing your two latest marathon results and proof of these results as well as a bit of information about your running history.
