Free Weekly Training Sessions
GET READY FOR THE 2019 ADNOC ABU DHABI MARATHON WITH OUR FREE WEEKLY TRAINING SESSIONS
Whether you are planning to run your first marathon on December 6th or hoping to achieve a PB, we are pleased to announce that our free weekly training sessions will be starting again from May 6th running through the summer until November 27th.
Join our official coach on the following days:
Monday: Al HUDAYRIAT ISLAND
May 6th – June 5th 9:30-10:30 pm (Ramadan Timings Only)
June 12th – November 25th – 6:15-7:30 am
By kids play park – look out for our flags
Showers and Toilets available
Wednesday Evening: ZAYED SPORTS CITY
June 5th – November 27th – 7:45-9:15pm
Entrance arch to the International Tennis
Stadium – look out for our flags
Each session is dedicated to marathon distance training and will include a mixture of the following workouts:
General physical workout (drills)
From September we will also be introducing 10k specific training.
